TLS AI Suite — Terms of Service
Welcome to TLS AI Suite, operated by TLS Signature Services, LLC (“TLS”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our products, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and Access

1.1 Digital Products Only. All products sold through TLS AI Suite are digital in nature and delivered electronically.

1.2 License Duration.

Trial Access: Valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Trial invite links will be revoked automatically after the trial period ends.

Founders License: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal is required for continued access after the license expires.

1.3 Renewal. Customers who do not renew their license will lose access when their license period ends. New invite links are issued only to active, licensed customers.

2. Restrictions
2.1 No Resale or Sharing. You may not resell, redistribute, or share invite links, access credentials, or outputs from TLS AI Suite products.
2.2 Single License Use. Each license purchased is valid only for the purchasing customer or team size explicitly covered by the license.

3. Refunds
3.1 All Sales Final. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
3.2 Trial Access. Customers are encouraged to use the 7-day trial before purchasing the 12-month license to evaluate suitability.

4. Disclaimer
4.1 Educational Use Only. TLS AI Suite products are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or contracting advice.
4.2 Verification Required. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing outputs before use or submission.
4.3 No Guarantee of Outcome. TLS makes no guarantees regarding business results, contract awards, credit improvements, tax outcomes, or any other results.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Liability for Outcomes. TLS shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from the use of TLS AI Suite products.
5.2 Maximum Liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

6. Termination of Access
6.1 Revocation of Access. TLS reserves the right to revoke or suspend access to products if terms are violated, or upon expiration of the license term.
6.2 No Continuing Rights. Access is a time-limited license, not a permanent right or ownership of the product.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of laws.
